Word & Vine is a Bible study app made by an independent developer. Your privacy is a feature, not a promise we have to hedge.
What we collect
**Nothing.** Word & Vine has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking of any kind.
Where your data lives
Everything you create in the app — journal entries, prayers, saved verses,
reading progress, streaks, and memory-verse practice — is stored **only on your
device**. It is never uploaded, synced, or shared with us or anyone else. If
you delete the app, that data is deleted with it.
Purchases
The optional one-time purchase ("Unlock All 66 Books") is processed entirely by
Apple through your App Store account. We never see your payment details. The
unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices through
Apple's standard restore mechanism.
Sharing features
If you choose to share a verse image, the app hands the image to the standard
iOS share sheet. Where it goes from there is up to you.
Children
Word & Vine does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this same
address with a new date.
